Tanu Weds Manu Returns box office collection: Kangana Ranaut starrer continues its golden run despite Dil Dhadakne Do's grand opening!

The sequel of Tanu Weds Manu is still going strong at box office

Kangana Ranaut's magic at box office is refusing to fade away as her film Tanu Weds Manu Returns is making merry at the box office. The film has completed two weeks successfully at box office and has already minted over Rs 100 crore.

After becoming the first film of 2015 to cross Rs 100 crore mark, TWMR is continuing its golden run at box office. The film made Rs 2.70 crore on Friday, making the grand box office total swell to Rs 119.43 crore. Trade Expert Taran Adarsh tweeted," #TanuWedsManuReturns refuses to slow down [Week 3] Fri 2.70 cr. Grand total: ₹ 119.43 cr. India biz. BLOCKBUSTER."

The film is doing phenomenal business, despite of the release of star studded Dil Dhadakne Do this week. While filmi punters expected Zoya Akthar's DDD to take over the entire box office, Kangana's TWMR has managed to hold its fort despite the good opening of DDD. We will have to wait and watch how the weekend business of Dil Dhadakne Do will affect the figures of Tanu Weds Manu Returns.
