Kangana Ranaut's last release Tanu Weds Manu Returns is still running in the theatres and getting cash registers jingling. Co-starring R Madhavan, the Aanand L Rai directorial has already raked in Rs 147.09 crore at the Indian box office and is now heading towards the Rs 150 crore mark. The film released on May 22 and since then has been pulling in crowd to the cinema halls. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the updated figures a while back. He wrote on the popular social networking site Twitter, "#TanuWedsManuReturns collected 2.05 cr in Weekend 5. Grand total - 147.09 cr. ATBB."
While Kangana starrer is set to become the first film of 2015 to enter the Rs 150 crore club, Zoya Akhtar's eccentric drama Dil Dhadakne Do on the other hand is inching towards the Rs 100 crore club at the domestic turf.
Starring Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Anushka Sharma and Farhan Akhtar, the film hit the screens on June 5 and till now has grossed Rs 74.13 crore at the Indian box office.#DilDhadakneDo [Week 3] Fri 60 lacs, Sat 89 lacs, Sun 1.02 cr.
