Son of Telugu veteran director and producer EVV Satyanarayana, Allari Naresh was born Edara Naresh. He is an established Tamil actor who got his name Allari when his first film was successful. His other successes include Thotti Gang and Maa Alludu Very Good. Thereafter he went through a difficult phase with a string of flops. In 2008, he release eight movies, out of which Betting Bangaraju, Saradaga Kasepu and Kathi Kantha Rao were hits. He was last seen in the Telugu film Laddu Babu. His next is another Telugu movie called Jump Jilani. He has received Nandi Award and Filmfare Award for Best supporting actor for the role of Gali Seenu in Gamyam.
