NIMRIT ALHUWALIA

Biography : Nimrit Kaur Alhuwalia, professionally known as Nimrit Alhuwalia is an Indian actress and has been primarily associated with Hindi TV serials. Nimrit kick started her acting in 2018 by making her debut in a short film called “Who said boys can’t wear make up” by Priyanka Laishram. In 2019 Nimrit got her first major breakout acting as Meher Kaur Dhillon or Seher Kaur Gill in TV show Choti Sarrdaarni. In 2022 Nimrit entered Salman Khan’s famous reality show – Bigg Boss. She entered in the 16th edition of Bigg Boss and proved to be a tough competition for other contestants right till the end. She was evicted in the final week of the show, finishing in sixth position. In 2023, Nimrit won the award for Fan Favourite Best Actress at The Indian Telly awards for her role in Choti Sarrdaarni. Apart from being an actress Nimrit is also a Lawyer, theatre artiste, model and a trained Jazz dancer. Being a student of the Atlelier School of Dramatic Arts in New Delhi Nimrit has been very passionate about theatre plays. She has performed in a number of theatre plays  organized at Kamani and  and LTG Auditorium in New Delhi.
