This actress from Kerela made her acting debut with the Malayalam film Out of Syllabus in 2006. Her next movie Rosshan Andrrews' Notebook dealt with the theme of teenage pregnancy. Next, she was seen in Sathyan Anthikkad's comedy drama film, Vinodayathra (2007). It was only later with the Kannada film Milana starring alongside Puneet Rajkumar that Menon got her real break as a leading lady. The movie was commercially a success. Some of her other movies include Flash, Poo, Male Barali Manju Irali, Prithvi, City of God, Andhar Bahar, Chennaiyil Oru Naal and Bangalore Days.
