Ranjitha is an Indian film and television actress. She has acted in a number of Tamil,Malayalam and Telugu films. Her first film was a Telugu film titled Kadapa Reddemma. She made her Tamil film debut in the Bharathiraja film Nadodi Thendral. She briefly retired from acting after her wedding. Since her comeback , she has been acting in supporting roles in films and lead roles in television shows. She married army major Rakesh Menon. She also met with controversy after an alleged link with Swamy Nithyananda. Ranjitha was born as Sri Valli on 4 June 1975. She married Major Rakesh Menon .She is a Sanyasini of Nithyananda Order.
