Shaam (Shamshuddin Ibrahim) is a Tamil and Telegu model-turned-actor. He made his debut in movies with Khushi (2000) in a cameo role. He has been a part of movies such as 12B, Anbe Anbe, Iyarkai, Ullam Ketkumae and the Telugu film Kick. Ullam Ketkumae was a commercially hit movie, while Iyarkai won the National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Tamil. Tananam Tananam (2006) was his debut Kannada movie in which he starred with Ramya and Rakshita and was directed by Kavitha Lankesh.
