She has not only worked with Hindi film industry but also with Punjabi, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu film industry. An item number in Sajid Khan’s movie Himmatwala was done by Surveen. . Chawla was given the Best Female Debutante Award. Thereafter she has acted in four more Punjabi films Taur Mittran Di, Saadi Love Story, Singh vs Kaur and Lucky Di Unlucky Story.
