जानी-मानी गायिका सोना मोहापात्रा अपने फैंस के बीच खूबसूरत आवाज और खुले विचारों के लिए जानी जाती हैं। उन्होंने कई बड़े मुद्दों पर अपने विचार रखे हैं, जिनकी वजह से उन्हें परेशानियों का सामना भी करना पड़ा है। कुछ समय पहले सलमान खान के फैंस पर किया गया सोना मोहापात्रा का ट्वीट तो आपको याद ही होगा। हालांकि इस बार सोना मोहापात्रा को उनके खुले विचारों ने नहीं बल्कि उनके एक गाने ने परेशानी में डाल दिया है।
असल में सोना मोहापात्रा ने कुछ समय पहले 'तोरी सूरत' नाम का एक विडियो सॉन्ग रिलीज किया था। इस वीडियो सॉन्ग में वो स्लीवलेस ड्रेस पहने नजर आ रही हैं। इसी गाने पर सूफी मदरिया फाउंडेशन ने सोना मोहापात्रा को धमकियां दी है, जिसके बारे में उन्होंने बीते दिन सोशल मीडिया पर जानकारी दी है और मुंबई पुलिस से मदद की गुहार लगाई है।
सोना मोहापात्रा ने एक के बाद एक 4 ट्वीट करके अपनी बात मुंबई पुलिस को बताई, जिसमें उन्होंने यह जानकारी दी कि मदरिया सूफी फाउंडेशन ने उनसे उनका वीडियो हटाने को कहा है।

The Madariya foundation along with the agreement of the Nizamuddin Dargah have an issue with the description of my Tori Surat music video, “earthy incarnations of the feminine Divine” & with “a sleeveless dress and body exposing dancers”. Basically with everything woman & free.

आपको बता दें कि बॉलीवुड सिनेमा के जाने-माने लेखक जावेद अख्तर इस मामले पर सोना मोहापात्रा के साथ खड़े दिख रहे हैं। उन्होंने अपने ट्वीट में पुरानी सोच वाले ऐसे संगठनों पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा है, ‘मैं कड़े शब्दों में ऐसी पुरानी सोच वाले संगठनों की आलोचना करता हूं, जो सोना मोहापात्रा को अमीर खुसरो के गीत पर एक म्यूजिक वीडियो बनाने पर धमकियां दे रहे हैं। ऐसे मुल्लाओं को पता होना चाहिए कि अमीर खुसरो हर एक भारतीय के हैं। उन पर केवल इनका ही अधिकार नहीं है।’

आपको बता दें कि सोना मोहापात्रा ने इस विषय पर मुंबई पुलिस को एक लिखित शिकायत दर्ज करा दी है। अगर मदारिया सूफी फाउंडेशन की बात की जाए तो उनका कहना है कि सोना मोहापात्रा कोई पीड़ित नहीं बल्कि उन्होंने सूफी कला को प्रस्तुत करने के निर्धारित नियमों को तोड़ा है।
