Chadwick Boseman demise
I woke up to the day's harshest news today. I had just turned on the Wifi on my phone and it began continuously buzzing. Perplexed I checked the notifications and was hit by a brick on my face when I read "News for you: Chadwick Boseman passes away at 43." At first, I thought it to be a joke. When I opened the notification, I went numb with shock when I saw his family had released the statement on his social media handle. What shocked me all the more was the reason for his demise. Chadwick was battling colon cancer for the last four years. He had been silently suffering yet inspiring everyone through his work and his ideologies with a charming smile throughout. The superhero, the king had been suffering pain in silence. It then suddenly struck me that a couple of months ago, a picture of Chadwick had gone viral in which his weightloss was apparent. However, a few were quick to poke fun at the actor. Little did they knew about his condition. I realised how quickly we judge people.

Soon, social media was mourning and condolence messages starting pouring in for his family. Chadwick in his career over a decade had featured in some brilliant films which include his collaboration for the first black superhero movie, Black Panther. Marvel Studios along with the cast of avengers mourned his demise and sent prayers for his family in this tragic times.
Chris Evans took to his social media handle and shared pictures of himself with the actor and penned a heartfelt note saying, "I’m absolutely devastated. This is beyond heartbreaking. Chadwick was special. A true original. He was a deeply committed and constantly curious artist. Few performers have such power and versatility. He had so much amazing work still left to create. I’m endlessly grateful for our friendship. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in power, King."

Tom Holland also mourned his demise, "Chadwick, you were even more of a hero off screen than on. A role model not only to me on set, but to millions of others around the world. You brought joy and happiness to so many and I’m proud to have been able to call you a friend. RIP Chadwick."
