Golden Globes 2021 complete winners list: Chadwick Boseman, Mark Ruffalo, The Crown, Jodie Foster win big at the awards

Golden Globes 2021: The Crown, Minari, Schitt's Creek take home the honours. Mark Ruffalo, Rosamund Pike, Emma Corin bag trophies.

And the winners of the The Golden Globes 2021 Awards are finally here. What an award ceremony it was! History was created at The Golden Globes Awards 2021 not just because it was the first time the ceremony took place virtually, but because it was Black Supremacy all the way when it came to winners. Six black actors, including the very popular late Chadwick Boseman, took away the trophies. His wife, Taylor Simone Ledward accepted his win for Best Actor Drama for Ma Rainey's Black Bottom award and her emotional acceptance speech left a lump in everyone's throat. Another one to create history was Chloe Zhao, who became the first female director to win at The Golden Globes 2021. She took away the honours for Best Director for her work on Nomadland. She is now just the second woman to win the category in the Globes’ 78-year history. The first and previously only woman to win Best Director at the Globes was Barbra Streisand for Yentl.

The event was hosted by the very talented duo Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, returning for the fourth time, after hosting in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Fey and Poehler shared duties from their respective cities, with Fey on the East Coast and Poehler on the West Coast. Fey was live from New York’s Rainbow Room, Poehler was live from the Beverly Hilton, in Beverly Hills. Along with nominees, from various locations around the world.
