After delivering his career's biggest hit ever, Ravi Teja is now gearing for the prepping for the release of his next movie, Khiladi, in which he'll be seen playing a negative character for the first time. Now Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is known for his electrifying dance moves and huge massy songs in all his movies, which not only get his fans grooving, but all find many neutral viewers tapping their feet such is his infectious energy. However, given that the grey shades or probably total darkness of his character in Khiladi and what the trailer has displayed, we wonder if there'll be any scope for his staple songs and dances in the film. So, to shed light on the matter, BollywoodLife got in touch with film's ace music composer, Devi Sri Prasad.
Commenting on the kind of music Khiladi will have, Devi Sri Prasad said, “Khiladi is definitely going to be very different because he's got negative shades and even for the first trailer that released, I just made a theme music and we cut the whole trailer according to that. All the movies Ravi Teja sir and I have worked on before like Badra and others were all musical blockbuster. For this one again, we're trying to do something very different. We've already done all the songs and they've come out very well. We were supposed to release it by May end, but now everything shifted because all the movies got postponed. But, yeah, it's really coming out well.”
Adding a word about Ravi Teja, DSP continued, “Ravi Teja sir is an actor whom I really adore because it's all about his energy. I always tell him, 'Even if one of your films doesn't do well and people tell me not to watch it, I still go an watch it just for you.' He's one of those very rare actors who can carry the whole thing on his shoulder and even if the film is not good, we'll still go and watch it because he can entertain through any scene, his every is such.”
