Varun Dhawan's October has hit the screens and we have to say it's a visual treat. The actor has given one of his career best performances in this tale of unconditional love. Before the film released, the actor had mentioned to us how his journey for October was tough and he had to undergo a completely different prep for this one. However, that's not it! Varun had not only learnt a very important lesson from Shoojit Sircar during October, but also amazed the director on the very first day of shoot. During a fun interaction with Varun and Shoojit, when we asked the stars what they love about each other and what they have learnt from one another, both of them made some surprising revelation! Talking to us about what he loves about Shoojit, Varun mentioned to us exclusively, "I love him and everyone knows I love (Shoojit) dada. I love his innocence. I don't know how a man who has done so much, can still be so innocent in today's day and age. He is genuinely one of the most innocent people when it comes to love and relationships. The purity is incredible and as an artiste you just want that, you want to be in that state and October is all about that, the beauty of October." The actor even added that while shooting for October, he learnt a lot of things from Shoojit, but the most important thing that he learnt was? VD revealed, "I have learnt a lot of things from him, but one important thing was being honest. Honesty should never go away, especially from your work and that's something I will implement in every film I do from now." Shoojit also revealed that he felt Varun was a, "little plant that needs a lot of nurturing. Then it becomes a strong tree. And small plants are always lovely to nurture. So I considered him like that on the day he came on to the set. There is an actor in every person, every person is an actor, there is a lot of creativity inside, but you need the right place to burst out and throw yourself. He threw himself. I just wanted a clean surrender and I was completely amazed that he surrendered himself and it was really brave of him to do so.
