Shahid Kapoor seems to be so particular about his workout that he doesn’t want to miss it even for a day. Recently, he had to skip his workout because he had to be on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded a little early. So, he carried his dumbbells, resistance belts and weights along with him and during lunch break started working out in his vanit van! Says a source who was present on the sets, “Shahid was doing a lot of pushups and crunches. He had brought his entire gym gear with him that day.” Not only that, the actor is cautious about his diet too and carries his box of oats everywhere. “He never eats anything unhealthy, if anybody offers him chips he refuses, opens his dabba and munches on oats,” adds the source.
Now that's what we call dedication!
