Chhanchhan is an indian television series. the show premiered on 25 march, 2013 and airs on sony entertainment television india and sony entertainment television asia from monday to thursday. the show was earlier titled as modern bahu. it stars popular television actress sanaya irani and debutant actor farhan khan in lead roles. the show is said to be inspired from the bollywood film khubsoorat which was released in 1980 and starred rekha in the lead role.
