Ek Villain Returns starring John Abraham, Arjun Kapoor, Tara Sutaria, and Disha Patani was released on 29th July 2022. The film is directed by Mohit Suri and it’s a sequel to 2014 release Ek Villain which starred Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor, and Riteish Deshmukh in the lead roles. The first instalment was a huge hit at the box office and had collected Rs. 105.62 crore. Ek Villain Returns has received mixed reviews and it has taken a slow, but good start at the box office. While the critics have praised the performances, they have called story and narration weak. The music of the film is appreciated a lot.
