Storyline

Gold is an upcoming bollywood flick starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role. It is a biopic based on the life of hockey player Balbir Singh Sr, who was in the team that won the first Olympic medal for India as a free nation in 1948.Film's star cast also includes Mouni Roy, Amit Sadh, Gauhar Khan, Kunal Kapoor.Movie produed by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under the banner of Excel Entertainment.Gold is directed by Reema Kagti (previously directed Aamir Khan starrer 'Talash'. Movie will hit the theatres on 15th August 2018.
