Storyline

Iraivan is a Tamil-language psychological action thriller film directed by I. Ahmed and produced by Sudhan Sundaram and G. Jayaram under the banner of Passion Studios in 2023. Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara, and Rahul Bose play the key roles, with Vinoth Kishan, Vijayalakshmi, and others appearing in supporting parts. The film is about a psychopath who murders 20 young ladies in Chennai. Arjun (Jayam Ravi), an irate officer, prepares for a tough manhunt. He is accompanied by Dr. Priya (Nayanthara), a psychologist who attempts to fathom the killer's mentality. The film was released to mixed reviews on September 28, 2023. Critics complimented the cast's performances, particularly Jayam Ravi and Rahul Bose, but panned the film's violent material and final act.
