Storyline

Raat Baaki Hai is a 2021 thriller film set in Rajasthan. It tells the story of Kartik Sharma (Anup Soni), a film writer whose fiancée, Vaani Chopra (Dipannita Sharma), is brutally murdered on their engagement night. Kartik is the prime suspect, but he claims he is innocent. He runs away from the police and seeks refuge at the palatial house of his ex-flame, Vasuki (Paoli Dam). The two former lovers relive their past and uncover dark secrets that could have a bearing on the murder. The film is directed by Avinash Das and is based on the Hindi play Ballygunge 1990 by Atul Satya Koushik. It stars Rahul Dev, Anup Soni, Paoli Dam, Saanand Verma, and Dipannita Sharma. Raat Baaki Hai was released on ZEE5 on April 16, 2021.
