Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's all-time blockbuster Om Shanti Om completed 10 years today. The film also marked the journey of beautiful actress Deepika, who is now ruling the Bollywood. Om Shanti Om, which clashed with Ranbir Kapoor's (another debutante at that time), Saawariya outperformed the latter one at the box office. Celebrating the tenth anniversary of the film, director Farah Khan shared Deepika's first photo shoot as her film's lead character Shantipriya. Farah shared the picture on her twitter account and captioned it, "The 1st photo shoot of @deepikapadukone .. the 1 where i knew shes my Shantipriya.. #10yrsofOSO.. pic credit-@avinashgowarikar". Post Om Shanti Om, the blockbuster trio of Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and Farah Khan came together for Happy New Year. This film also performed exceedingly well at the box office. Apart from that, Deepika has done some great films which include Piku, Bajirao Mastani, Goliyon Ki Rasleela... Ram-Leela, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and others. Deepika is also receiving huge praises for her portrayal of Rani Padmini in Padmavati.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone is currently gearing up for the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Padmavati. The film also stars Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh in pivotal roles. It is set to hit the screens on December 1 and will also be released in the 3D formats simultaneously.
