Aamir Khan, a few minutes ago revealed, that he has quit a film because someone associated with it has been accused of sexual misconduct. Fans on Twitter figured Aamir is talking about Mogul, the biopic on Gulshan Kumar which is directed by Subhash Kapoor. Aamir had only recently taken over the film after Akshay Kumar walked out of it. Now we hear Kapoor might feel the brunt of this sudden decision by Aamir. We hear due to the sexual harassment allegations against him, the makers had already decided to remove him from the film long back. Aamir's move might just expedite the process. Not too long ago, Bhushan Kumar, producer of the film had revealed to Mid-Day, "The story is almost ready. Aamir Khan is immersed in the entire scripting process. Subhash Kapoor (director) has spent the past one-and-a-half years researching every detail about my father’s life. The film will start right from when he was a college student to how he sold juice in Daryaganj, Delhi, to how he became a game changer in the music industry." Now Aamir Khan issued this statement in the wake of #MeToo.
Earlier Akshay Kumar was playing the lead and the makers had also revealed poster. But later the actor let it go.
