Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan have leased the ground floor of their Juhu Mansion Vatsa to the State Bank of India, aka SBI. On September 28, 2021, the lease agreement for the same was signed and the bank has been paying Abhishek a monthly rent of Rs 18.90 lakh. In a few years, the rent will go up to Rs 23.6 lakh.
After 10 years, Abhishek Bachchan will earn Rs 29.53 lakh monthly from the SBI bank. As several media reports mentioned earlier, the bank has already given Rs 2.25 crore yearly rent to the Dus actor. So why is the rent so expensive? Well, firstly, the area is such that the rent rate is so high. Also, the bungalow is approximately 3,150 square feet. The posh location and post property are the reasons the rent is so high. Earlier, the property was leased to Citibank.
Meanwhile, Amitabh Bahcchan and Abhishek Bachchan often invest in different properties across the cirty. Earlier, there were reports that the father-son duo had invested in multiple properties in the Borivali and Mulund areas.
