Queen Elizabeth II turned 93 yesterday and the entire of her Royal family made sure to make it special by putting wishes on their respective social media accounts. Her grandson and soon-to-be father Prince Harry shared a birthday message from him and on behalf of his wife Meghan Markle on his new Sussex Royal Instagram account which said, “Happy Birthday Your Majesty, Ma’am, Granny... Wishing you the most wonderful day! ?Harry & Meghan.” The couple shared a slideshow photos of the queen from her younger days to some from the recent years.

And he was not the only one. Even Harry’s brother Prince William and wife Kate Middleton, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, put up a post wishing the queen on their own Kensington Royal Instagram account. Their post read, “Wishing a very happy 93rd birthday to Her Majesty the Queen!” It had another set of pictures of the queen along with her husband Prince Philip, and Prince William and Kate with two of their children, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte.
Have a look:
And then wishes came from her son Prince Charles, the Prince of Wales, and wife Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall as well, who shared another post wishing the monarch through their Clarence House account. The message was, “Happy 93rd birthday to Her Majesty The Queen,” the message read. “#HappyBirthdayHerMajesty #QueensBirthday.” This too had a slideshow with some candid shots of the queen with a dog in her arms along with snaps of the Prince and Duchess.

While this was a very happy picture painted by the Royals, here's a twist in tale. Meghan and Harry, who are expecting the arrival of their baby around the end of April or the beginning of May, might have to miss the Queen's birthday celebrations. Reportedly, there are two dates on which the Queen celebrates her birthdays - the actual one on April 21 and another official one on June 8. She is known to have always celebrated her first birthday privately while the second one is a public affair. And if Meghan gives birth even around teh mid of May, we are not sure if she will be able to attend the celebrations. Meghan has been under the spotlight right since her wedding with Prince Harry as she was previously not a Royal. Every move of the former actress is watched by thousands and scrutinized for perfection. While that must be stressful to another level, Meghan has managed to be poised and calm in the face of the worst of controversies.
In this case, we are assuming that giving birth would be a legitimate reason for the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex to slight the Queen a little and we are guessing she will let that pass too. On the contrary, if Meghan does not give birth and yet misses the celebrations, it is being said that her absence from the event could be seen as an insult no matter how far along she is. So, now we must wait and watch what happens. Will Meghan deliver around June 8 and miss the celebrations?
