After Shivaay, Ajay Devgn is all set to spring into action mode once again, but this time with a twist! You'll now see him in a historical drama. The actor took to Twitter to announce his upcoming film, Taanaji - The Unsung Warrior. Ajay will play the role of Subedar Taanaji Malusare, who fought alongside Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj. We're damn excited to see Ajay play this role. With historical dramas being such a rage after Jodha Akbar and Bajirao Mastani's success, we got some high hopes from this film. Ajay had already tweeted about a special announcement some time back. We're quite surprised and impressed with the first poster of the film. Ajay tweeted saying, "He fought for his People, his soil and his King Chhatrapati Shivaji. The unsung warrior of glorious Indian history, Subedar Taanaji Malusare". Ajay also revealed in the previous tweet that he has been working on this for a long time and is damn excited to share it with all of us. It's going to be one hell of an experience fr all Ajay fans to see him in the Maratha avatar. We can't wait for him to spill more details on the film along with some more posters perhaps.
