He also gave the message to his fans about the film, "Friends, I'm happy to share with you that after Special 26 and Baby, in 2017, I'm collaborating with Neeraj Pandey once again!"
Well, we are hooked, aren't we?
The poster is quite intriguing, as it features a man's spectacles, the lens of which is cracked, hence the title. It looks like a social thriller, hinted by the tagline which says 'Every storm has a rage. Every rage has a story.' Interestingly, the poster also states that Akshay Kumar in and as Crack, so that means he will be called Crack in the film. Now 'crack' is a slang for people are deemed mad, so maybe we just got another insight about Akshay's character in the film.
The film is scheduled to release on Independence Day next year. Akshay Kumar seems to have reserved all patriotic days for himself, the same way like Eid is to Salman Khan and Christmas is to Aamir Khan.
Akshay Kumar is currently jubilant over the success of Rustom, which both he and Neeraj Pandey has co-produced. Meanwhile, Neeraj Pandey will be seen as the director of MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, that stars Sushant Singh Rajput.
