Looks like Alok Nath is not ready to accept the allegations levied against him by Vinta Nanda, the producer of the '90s TV show, Tara. Earlier today, in an interview with ABP News, the senior actor rubbished all claims saying that the thing (rape) must have happened but it was not by him. He went on to add that it is useless to react on this issue. Not just that, he had a reply for the people who maligned his image as well. He said, "What do I have to do with people? People will say anything to spoil the image. Leave my image, whatever has been said." And now, yet again, the sanskaari actor, in an interview with Zoom TV, has brushed off everything.
He said, "That’s her perspective that you’ve gone through and it’s really horrific and it’s like something terrible and that’s her prerogative, her own personal perspective. So I give her a chance, you know, let her, whatever she felt or whatever happened, to be made public."
When asked about his perspective over the issue, he added, "No, I don’t want to clear my perspective here. In any horrific incident, a single person isn’t involved. Either it’s a ghost or another human being. So she’s had a related incident, which is fine. From my point of view, it is something which is a fragment of a certain imagination, from a person for whom I did a lot of things in life. I don’t want to discuss it right now."
It is quite interesting to see the actor react in this manner. We do hope that he clarifies the issue without beating around the bush. What do you think? Let us know in the comments section below.
