Amitabh Bachchan will debut as a cricket commentator at the ICC World Cup 2015. An excited Shamitabh actor is seen announcing this news in the latest promo. Clearly the game between India and Pakistan on February 15 is going to be one helluva entertaining watch!
Joining Big B in the commentary box are Harsha Bhogle, Kapil Dev and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar. The whole exercise is a part of R Balki's film post promotions. Sr Bachchan had earlier commented on his first time as a commentator, he said, "This country's emotions are ruled by two things cricket and cinema. For me, it's an exciting time on both fronts. My movie is releasing on February 6 and then, I have the privilege of making my commentary debut."
While Bachchan fans must be eagerly waiting to catch him in this new avatar, they can enjoy him lend his voice to Dhanush's character in Shamitabh in the theatres this Friday.
