Bollywood's current heartthrob Ayushmann Khurrana has been giving some terrific performances in his recent content-driven films. Both Ayushmann Khurrana and director Anubhav Sinha are known for churning out narratives that are rooted in the heartland of the country while addressing pertinent issues. And the two will be collaborating together for the first time, with Article 15, a thrilling investigative drama based on true events.
Earlier, in the day the actor shared the first poster of the movie, wherein we can see him in the cop avatar. Ayushmann will be playing a cop on screen for the first time. The poster also gave us a glaring image of two girls hanging from a tree, a visual visible as a reflection. Now the makers have released the teaser of the movie. The teaser starts with a narration of how Article 15 of the constitution entails that there shall be no discrimination on basis of cast, race, religion, sex or place of birth. Meanwhile, the visuals on the screen depict how the reality in society is stark different. We only get a few glimpses of Ayushmann. The teaser ends with the hard-hitting message 'Farq Bahut Kar Liya, Ab Farq Laayenge' being told by Khurrana.

It might be interesting to note that the movie, an investigative thriller on the backdrop of the notorious Badaun gangrape and murder case. The trailer of the film is slated to drop on May 30, 2019.

Article 15 also stars Isha Talwar, M Nassar, Manoj Pahwa, Sayani Gupta, Kumud Mishra and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub. It has been Directed by Anubhav Sinha, Produced by Anubhav Sinha and Zee Studios and is slated to release on June 28 2019.
