MCU's most anticipated movie, Avengers: Infinity War, is still a week away from its release in India and two weeks away from release in the USA, and yet it is already on a record-breaking spree. The movie is making headlines for all the right reasons and fans are speculating many theories surrounding the death of their superheroes. While the Russo brothers have dropped enough hints on who may die and who may not, we are still praying and anticipating that the ones we love should not bid adieu. As per recent reports by Variety, Avengers: Infinity War is already selling twice as many tickets ahead of its release as Black Panther did around the same time. No, we aren't done yet. The most ambitious crossover event in the history of cinema is also ahead of more than the last seven MCU films in the pre-sales tickets department. You can combine massive titles like Thor: Ragnarok, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Guardian’s of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and Captain America: Civil War, yet the pre-sales number is higher for Infinity Wars. Previously Black Panther had outnumbered Captain America: Civil War in 24 hours and and went on to surpass pre-sales amassed by Batman v Superman to become Fandango's most hyped film. The movie that sees the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy fighting in unison against the mad Titan - Thanos is bound to make their fans crazy. Fandango managing editor, Erik Davis, said. “Moviegoers are rushing to guarantee their seats in advance for what is sure to be one of the most talked-about movies of the decade.” While the makers have already teased us by saying that we'll need lots of tissues, we can't wait for it to shatter all the records at the box office. Currently Black Panther is the third highest grosser at the US Box office after Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Avatar. With Infinity War hitting the screens in coming weeks, we can wonder if it can outdo all the previous held records and emerge as the most successful superhero movie.
