The actress spoke about Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film which is clashing with her film...
We all know that Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan share a special bond with each other. Deepika had made her dream debut alongside him in Om Shanti Om, after which they worked together again in Chennai Express. Both their films became hits and since then they have maintained a very good friendship. However, they are all set to clash at the box office on December 18, when their respective films Bajirao Mastani and Dilwale release on the same day.
Though reports suggested that the actors had a fall out some time back, it seems that those reports are false. How? A few days back, on his birthday, SRK said that Deepika is her lucky charm and he wishes that her good luck rubs of on Dilwale too. SRK also wished good luck to Bajirao Mastani.
Today, Deepika Padukone also opened up about SRK, when she said, "He is just being kind and generous by saying that I am his lucky charm. Yes, when our two films did well he gave me the credit. That was a huge compliment, but I won't say luck, he's just being kind. We are very fond of each other and we miss each other too."
Talking about Dilwale, she also said, "I feel Dilwale will be massive. They have worked very hard and if the film turns out to be a hit, it will all be coz of their hard work."
Isn't that sweet of her to say such good things about King Khan? After such comments about each other, we can safely sy that all is well between SRK and DP. Deepika Padukone was present at an event to launch her upcoming film, Bajirao Mastani's Mastani poster launch.
