All you Baba Sehgal fans are going to have one hell of a weekend! Riteish Deshmukh, Rhea Chakraborty and Baba Sehgal teamed up for a new song called 'Bae, Baba and Bankchor' and it is, without a doubt, THE song of the year. It is super catchy and you'll definitely play it on a loop the entire day. There is a line in the song which goes like 'Baba Sehgal in the house people make some shor' and you'll want to turn the volume up just for that line.
Well, this might seem like a biased review since it's been written by a Baba Sehgal fan but trust me it will help you get through the week. It's even better than Chicken Fried Rice (listen to it if you haven't already). The makers had earlier released the song, 'Hum Hai Bankchor' which, we felt, was not up to the mark. The song didn't really leave a good impression but the lyrics were quite goofy. But this one is worth listening to. YRF had earlier super imposed Ritiesh and Vivek Oberoi's pictures on the posters of different films to create a spoof. You can't miss those posters too. The promotions for the film have been totally out-of-the-box and damn creative so far. We're not just talking about the posters here. Journalists got to roast Riteish and Vivek Oberoi at a press conference recently and the two sportingly responded to all the questions. Bankchor is set to release on June 19, 2017. Ritiesh plays the leader of a three-member gang, who are out to rob a bank. Vivek plays a cop who is out to catch these robbers. Rhea Chakraborty is also in the film and she plays the role of a journalist. The film is loosely based on Al Pacino-starrer Dog Day Afternoon.
