Shahid Kapoor and wifey Mira Rajput are expecting their second child this year and with Mira entering her second trimester, the actor was planning to go for a quick babymoon in June. But the delayed schedule of Batti Gul Meter Chalu has thrown his plans off track! Yes, according to a report in Mid-day, Shahid is currently reworking his whole schedule to wrap up the movie just in time to begin shooting for the Arjun Reddy Hindi remake. With that, the actor has apparently been forced to cancel his vacation with his wifey Mira and daughter Misha.
For those of you who don't know, Shree Narayan Singh's Batti Gul Meter Chalu was supposed to wrap up by now. The final schedule was set to kick off in April, but ex producer Prernaa Arora's financial troubles delayed it. Since then, T series head honcho Bhushan Kumar has taken over the reins and the final schedule of the film has finally resumed. As a source revealed to the tabloid, "Shahid had decided to spend quality time with Mira and Misha in June before he begins training for Arjun Reddy. But now that the Batti Gul schedule is likely to run into June, he has called off the trip.
