We were the first ones to tell you that Akansha Sharma, who entered the Bigg Boss house representing the common man is actually related to the very popular Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh. The lady is married to Yuvraj's brother Zorawar Singh. However, their shaadi didn't go for long and the couple parted ways. In fact, last night at the premiere episode of Bigg Boss 10, we saw how Akansha revealed that the marriage lasted only for four months and without divulging too many details, she blamed her mother-in-law for the failed marriage. However, these revelations have already landed Akansha in a legal soup, it seems.
The statements made by Akansha haven't gone down too well with her mother-in-law, Shabnam Singh, who has lashed out at her. In an interview to a leading daily, Shabnam said, "First of all, this matter is subjudice and she (Akansha) is not allowed to speak. It goes under the contempt of court. There’s a special petition I had filed. Anyone can understand the agenda here and everybody knows it. We are not allowed to speak on this matter.” (ALSO READ: Revealed! That's not all. Shabnam has also reacted on the indirect allegations that Akansha made on her. She added, "Somebody has to take the brunt, so it’s fine if it’s me. God bless, is all I can say to her. Let her go on and say what she has to say. Even I have enough to talk and share my side of the story. But I just don’t want to get into any mud-slinging. She’s also someone’s daughter and she’s doing what she’s being instructed to.”
The idea of Akansha speaking about this so late and that too on national television also hasn't gone down too well with Shabnam, who says, "She could have done this earlier also but she didn’t. Just because she has got a platform now, she is saying all this. Those who know me well it’s not that I would do something like that. People must know that we were the ones who first filed the divorce because we had some really strong reasons, so I had to do it. If she had to take any action or say something against any alleged cruelty from my side, she could have done that earlier as well or filed a case back then.”
Well, looks like this matter has escalated and surely it will create problems for Akansha. Although the Bigg Boss 10 contestant said that she has no complaints against her husband or Yuvraj and she doesn’t want any money from (Yuvraj’s) family, but revealing more secrets about the Singh family on the show will surely land her in major legal trouble.
