Katrina Kaif has tested positive for COVID-19, just a day after her rumoured beau, Vicky Kaushal tested positive. She took to Instagram and wrote, "I have tested positive for Covid-19. Have immediately isolated myself and will be under home quarantine. I'm following all safety protocols under the advice of my doctors (sic)."
She further added, "Requesting everyone who came in contact with me to get tested immediately too. Grateful for all your love & support. Please stay safe and take care (sic)."
Yesterday, while announcing that he had tested positive, Vicky had written, "Despite all care and precautions, unfortunately, I have tested positive for COVID-19. Following all essential protocols, I am under home quarantine, taking medication as prescribed by my doctor. I request all those who came in contact with me to immediately get tested. Take care and stay safe."
On the work front, Katrina will next be seen in Sooryavanshi, which was delayed yet again. "Team Sooryavanshi postpones the release of the film. Many actors and filmmakers like Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Vicky Kaushal, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aamir Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Manoj Bajpayee, Govinda, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Tara Sutaria, Satish Kaushik, and Maidaan director Amit Ravindernath Sharma had tested positive for Covid-19. Akshay Kumar is even hospitalised. Talking about TV, Rupali Ganguly, Narayani Shastri, Abrar Qazi, Kanchi Singh, Kanika Mann and many others have been infected by the disease.
