It not always a good idea to imitate film stars. More so when they do action stunts. A Madhya Pradesh cop learnt it the hard way when he tried to imitate Ajay Devgn’s Phool Aur Kaante stunt. He was fined Rs 5000. According to reports, SI Manoj Yadav, SHO Narsinghgarh PS in Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh, was seen copying Ajay Devgn’s stunt. While Ajay Devgn was standing on bikes, this cop was standing on two cars.
When the video of the stunt went viral on social media, senior police officials took a serious note of it as it might send wrong signals to the youngsters, they said. After investigation, a fine on the sub-inspector was levied and he has been warned to repeat such mistakes.
It can be recalled that Ajay Devgn made his debut with Phool Aur Kaante and his stunt from the film is remembered even today. The iconic scene was used again in Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal.
Ajay Devgn and Kajol's daughter, Nysa, turned 17 recently. Ajay took to Instagram and wished his baby. He wrote, "Happy Birthday dear daughter....Wishing you every happiness today and forever. Stay home, stay safe." As we know, Kajol travelled to Singapore to bring Nysa back home after the coronavirus pandemic broke out. Nysa is presently studying in Singapore. In the picture posted by Ajay, we can see him rocking the salt and pepper look while his daughter looks pretty in a white top and red skirt with polka dots.
The actor had requested the paparazzi to leave his kids alone. He had said, "I request the paparazzi to at least leave the children alone. Why are they paying the price for their famous parents? I don't think any child is okay with paparazzi. They want their space. They want to not dress up every time they step out, so it's very sad when such things happen."
