Sushant Singh Rajput's Dil Bechara co-star Sanjana Sanghi turns emotional on his demise; says, 'Abhi toh itna kuch baaki tha'

Sushant Singh Rajput's next, Dil Bechara was all set to come out in May this year. However, it got postponed due to the COVID-19 lockdown. His costar, Sanjana Sanghi took to her Instagram handle and shared a heartbreaking video recalling the moments she spent with him.

Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide has shocked the entire nation. The actor was just 34 when he hanged himself in his apartment today. He had had a long journey before him and a couple of projects in the pipeline. He had Dil Bechara which was the Bollywood adaptation of The Fault In Our Stars. It was supposed to release in May this year. Sanjana Sanghi who played the female lead opposite Sushant took to her Instagram handle and shared a heartbreaking video of all the memories that they created and shared.

She wrote saying that she wished the reports of his death were not true and refreshed her webpage a 100 times for the same. "I’m not equipped to process any of this. I don’t think I ever will be. I’m definitely not equipped to articulate my feelings, this is me failing, but trying."

Dil Bechara had earlier been titled Kizie Aur Manny had been delayed for two years. Talking about the same, Sanjana wrote, "We were supposed to FINALLY see our film - my first film, and what you told me you believed was your best film yet, together."

She went on to say that she realised how deep the meaning of his words were only when he left her behind. "In the middle of our 16 hour shoot days, you’d tell me that being and becoming Manny, made you happy. But you’d also fleetingly mention being anyone other than yourself made you happy. I was too ill equipped to understand the depth of what you meant."

"The fact that you get to spend the rest of your time by your mother’s side, I know you gives the only happiness you wanted in the world.
