The multi-talented personality of Bollywood, Farhan Akhtar is one of the celebs, who knows how to hit back the trolls with his epic replies. The Bhaag Milkha Bhaag star recently shared his thought on the prices of COVID vaccines, which is the highest in India and even questioned pharmaceutical companies for that. He tweeted, "After saying that you were making profit even at 150/vaccine, we will now be asked to pay the most of any country for it. Please explain why @SerumInstIndia."
Soon after this tweet, we saw Farhan getting targeted online and he replied trolls and wrote, "Oh look my dear trolls. Govt asking to lower price of vaccine as well. Hope you’ll swamp their TL with the lectures on economics you’ve been giving me. Until then mask up, stay home and wash your mouths.. I mean hands!!"
This statement of him got mixed reactions and one user wrote, "Tere liye hi kar rahe warna Corona failayega" (It is done for you, else you will spread corona). To which Farhan answered, ".. Address de tera.. Naya joke book bhejta hoon" (Give me your address, I will send a new joke book)."
On the professional front, Farhan Akhtar is currently gearing up for the release of Rakeysh Mehra's Toofan, where the actor is portraying the character of a boxer. The sports drama also features veteran actor Paresh Rawal, who will be seen as Farhan's coach along with Mrunal Thakur in pivotal roles. The film, which is written by Anjum Rajabali and marks the second collaboration between Farhan and Rakeysh after Bhaag Milkha Bhaag.
