There is a new update in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. According to Republic TV, Directorate Of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) Joint Director Sameer Wankhede has been deputed for six months to help the investigation. This move suggests that the drug nexus in Bollywood might be a lot deeper and requires thorough investigation. In an interview to India Today, Rhea Chakraborty had said that Sushant used to take drugs.
In a recent interview to Republic TV, Kangana Ranaut said that she witnessed a star consuming drugs on a film set. She said, “At that time, his girlfriend, who was a foreigner, used to be there with him. Every night there used to be parties and drugs used to flow like water. Drugs like LSD, cocaine, and ecstasy pills they’d even consume during the day.” She said that the actor had to be hospitalised due to drug overdose. “He got a reaction into his lungs I think, however, the hospital won’t reveal it and the matter was done and dusted there itself,” she said.
She also alleged that 99% of Bollywood consumes drugs. She said, “If they are mighty and powerful, how can I harm them? Then why do they want to put me behind bars? They know that I know these secrets so they tried to discredit me, termed me bipolar, or get me killed.”
She went on to add, “Everything is handled in a systematic manner. Their wives also host these parties. It is a different environment altogether. You will find people who only do drugs and indulge in debauchery in such parties.”
According to Kangana, she also dated one such actor. She said, “These people promote nepotism, many of them do drugs from childhood and then become actors or directors. Many of these actors, I dated one of them — they go to a place, start with a drink & then go on with drugs. It all starts with a drink, then a roll, and then a pill, then they snort – it’s a secret sign. These actors, their wives move to houses & do drugs, debauchery is unimaginable. I’ve seen how vulgar it becomes and things get out of control at these drug parties.”
