Vicky Kaushal is a busy, busy man. The actor had his high with URI: The Surgical Strike and quite a few gems that not many know. And since then, there's no turning back for the handsome hunk. And honestly, we would love to see more of this tall-dark and handsome lad. So, we all know that the actor is gearing up for Bhoot – Part One: The Haunted Ship which also stars Bhumi Pednekar in the lead. The horror film is the first installment and is being helmed by Bhanu Pratap Singh. On the work front, Vicky Kaushal had a good number of films in the pipeline. He has Sardar Udham Singh, Maneckshaw biopic and Takht. Earlier it was announced that Vicky would soon turn a superhero for the movie adaptation of The Immortal Ashwatthama.
It is going to be an action-packed ride that will be set in the modern-day with Vicky Kaushal in the lead role. And as per a report in Mumbai Mirror, for the same, the Masaan actor will have to undergo some intense training. However, prior to that, Vicky has to wrap-up, Takht. A source close to the development told Mirror, "Vicky will train in various Mixed Martial Arts, with focus on Krav Maga and Jujutsu. The horse-riding training for Takht will come in handy here too, while lessons in sword and spear fighting and archery are also on the agenda."
Ashwatthama also wants Vicky to gain some weight. The source further revealed, "He has a muscular look in this film. For Uri, he had gone up to 90-95 kg. This time, it will go up to 105-110 kg. Aditya is currently looking for action directors from around the world to collaborate with." Talking about the film, it will be helmed by his URI: The Surgical Strike director, Aditya Dhar. The film will be shot continuously from start to end in Greenland, Tokyo, New Zealand and Namibia and other locations to name a few. The post-production, including VFX, will be done in the US, the report further read.
