The Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na actor had one golden opportunity to maybe redeem his career, but looks like he lost that too
After seeing Prateik Babbar in the Imran Khan-Genelia D’souza movie Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, everyone had hopes of great work from him. But the actor since then has not managed to give a single hit. So much so that producers and directors would often walk away at the mention of casting the Jr Babbar.
However, Ekta Kapoor decided to take a chance and roped the actor to be a part of the new sports reality show – Box Cricket League, which airs on Sony TV. This would actually have been a brilliant opportunity for the actor to make his presence felt on the small screen. However, Prateik after agreeing to attend the series attended only one match. This definitely did not go down too well with the czarina of television. Well there goes his television career!
Frankly, we think it was a very wrong move on Prateik’s part to get into Ekta’s bad books. Like everyone knows, Ekta is a workaholic and expects everyone who works with her to follow her footsteps. At least stick to the commitments they make. Guess there’s no come back for Prateik from this one.
