Cannes 2019: Sonam Kapoor ups her style quotient as she turns on the sunshine with some ruffles

After stunning at the Cannes 2019 red carpet and the Chopard dinner party, Sonam Kapoor launched Chopard's luxury collection of perfumes - Garden of Kings, for which the actress opted an Ashi Studio couture strapless and baclkess ruffled yellow gown

Sonam Kapoor is one helluva fashionista and the actress clearly knows how to up her style game every time. The actress flew down to French Riviera to attend the esteemed 72nd Cannes Film Festival since she has been one of the frequent Indian celebrities to attend the festival. And we must say that Sonam has aced the trick of dressing just right for the various do's. Last we saw, the talented actress ruled the red carpet and today, Sonam has made us believe that she is the ultimate style queen. She opted for an Ashi Studio couture and boy does she bring in the right amount of sunshine with that beautiful yellow and some ruffles! Sonam took to her Instagram handle to share her look. The actress looked bright as sunshine in a Mango coloured strapless gown with a plunging backline and OTT ruffles. Sonam kept her make up simple yet chic and opted for minimalistic jewellery with just diamond studded golden earrings and a ring. Earlier, Sonam wore an Abujani Sandeep Khosla ensemble and looked elegant at the Chopard dinner party. Sonam also sported Elie Saab’s Navy Blue thin-strapped corset gown with a cape-cum-glove in the shape of a bow and boy did she look ravishing. Before that, Sonam looked straight out of a fairytale in a sheer plus frilled Red Maison Valentino ensemble.

Sonam is not the only Indian celebrity to have walked the red carpet at the esteemed festival this year. Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut, Diana Penty, Huma Qureshi and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan too walked the Cannes red carpet. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai famed actress Hina Khan too made her Cannes debut this year, making her the first television actress to walk the red carpet at the prestigious film festival.
