Okay, Keanu Reeves in all set to be back as the as the remorseful assassin John Wick and how! The third chapter in the franchise will pick up in the immediate aftermath of "John Wick 2", with Wick excommunicated and on the run, having to defend himself against a host of equally skilled assassins looking to scoop up the bounty for killing him. The film is being brought to India by PVR Pictures. It will release on May 17. In fact, you don't know, it might even dethrone Marvel Studios' Avengers: Endgame which is currently witnessing its phenomenal run at the box office.
But and it's a big one, the mood has somewhat been dampened by the CBFC and the many cuts it has made to the movie before its release in India. A Twitter user recently shared details about the scenes that were chopped by the board and it lists a bunch of those including the removal of an abusive word with few violent action scenes. Needless to say, netizens are pissed with the treatment epecially after the film received and 'A' certificate. Check out all the tweets here.

Thanks, censor board. You saved me tickets, popcorn, doughnut, cold coffee, whole wheat puff, smart water (whatever that means), petrol, parking, road rage. Thank You. https://t.co/WH7JOGZ8Dq

So, now you know! The film also featured Halle Berry. Talking about the role, she recently said: "I never worked harder for a film role in my entire career. I had to work through some injuries, but I kept at it because quitting was not ever an option. Now I have the bug, and I just want to keep going and going."
The film is directed by Chad Stahelski. In addition to Berry, new cast members include Anjelica Huston, Asia Kate Dillon and Jerome Flynn. Stay tuned to BL to more updates and scoops!
