The cast just completed shooting for their 100 the episode

Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat has been enjoying the top slot on the TRP charts ever since it started in Feb 2015. The show which is currently exploring illegitimate relations and Ashok's ever increasing troubles, has completed a century. Siddharth Nigam, whose popularity has touched new heights ever since he became a part of the show was very excited about crossing the 100 mark. Talking about his experience playing the young samrat, Siddharth said, "Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat, for me, has been an experience of a lifetime. It feels like just yesterday when we started filming the show, and now we are already pushing the 100-episode mark. Playing a character as strong and confident as Ashoka has taught me so much about the Emperor and his personality – something that I had never thought I would learn first-hand. Siddharth is not the only excited one. Pallavi Subhash, who plays his mother also feels like there are great things ahead for the show. About being part of the series, Pallavi said, "“I have portrayed the character of a king in the past, but the journey that Bindusar has undergone over the months surpasses them all.
