Anita Hassanandani is popularly known as Shagun from Star Plus’ hit show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. The actresses’ track seems to have seen a break in the series for now where Shagun has decided to be away from the Bhallas for a while. We won’t be seeing the beauty in the upcoming episodes but don’t worry folks she will be back soon! It seems the hottie has been busy with other projects and one of them includes performing at award shows. Anita recently posted a video of her entry for her act on Instagram and captioned the same writing, “Can't wait for gold awards @vikaaskalantri thank you for making me a part of this GRAND event! This mini clip is spectacular indeed. Just one thing though…it’s copied! Anita’s entry on stage is a rip off of popular American singer Katy Perry’s act on Super Bowl, the annual championship game of the National Football Laeague! Now check out THIS video and we bet you will agree with us.
In both the videos, Anita and Katy can be seen making an entry on a giant locomotive modal of a lion, having red fiery eyes. Much like Katy, Anita is atop the moving lion and is seen taming him with a rope!
Now we wonder if Anita was aware that her act is a blind copy of the one pulled off by Katy or otherwise. Either way, it seems originality seems to be a lost concept in the entertainment industry these days.
