Tollywood stars gathered under one roof to bid a final goodbye to the legendary film producer
In an industry filled with superstars, it is not an every day occurring when big names like Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Pawan Kalyan, Nagarjuna, Ravi Teja, Allu Arjun and Jr NTR get together. But alas, it is not a happy occasion. The entire Telugu film fraternity gathered under one roof to pay last respects to the late movie producer Daggubati Ramanaidu.
In what came as a rude shock to Tollywood, the actors and politicians, alike have mourned the death of Ramanaidu, who has breathed his last yesterday, battling from cancer. Sensing the impact that the filmmaker had on the industry, his family and friends decided to keep his body at Ramanaidu studio in Hyderabad, where who's who of Tollywood showed up to pay last tribute.
Actors like Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Nagarjuna, Ravi Teja, Jr NTR, Allu Arjun, Mohan Babu, Brahmanandam, Charmi Kaur and may others paid their last respects to the legendary movie mogul and showed their support to a rather distraught Venkatesh and his family. Also, Twitter has been set ablaze with celebs from Tollywood as well as Bollywood tweeting their homage to Dadasaheb Phalke awardee late Ramanaidu.
His absence in film industry will resonate for years to come and he would be remembered with great fondness for making the careers of some of the biggest superstars.
