World Yoga Day is upon us (June 21) and our Bollywood celebs seem to be completely up for it.Yoga is believed to be a popular fitness routine amongst celebrities, who not only practice it but also vow to stay fit and healthy. Deepika Padukone is one such hot tinsel townie who makes sure she adheres to her Yogasanas every day.
At a recent media interaction, when DP was quizzed about her Yoga regime, she confessed, "I do practice Yoga. In fact I am deeply into Yoga and meditation. I am someone who believes that its very very important to be physically active. Different things work for different people. There was a time when I did a lot of Yoga. Now I practice a lot of pilates. So whatever it is in terms of exercise, I think it has to become a part of your lifestyle. I am truly up for this new initiative."
