As we all know it, the Avengers are not allowed to share their POA from Avengers: Endgame with the world. Fair enough, an army doesn’t reveal its plans before executing it. While we are keeping calm and waiting for the movie to release later this month, the Avengers are having fun at our expense, in their press tours. We’ve already seen Captain America star Chris Evans poke fun at our emotions by joking about Steve Rogers’ death a couple of times. And now, Jeremy Renner has joined the brigade. The actor sat in a round table interview with Entertainment Weekly, which comprised of Evans, Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr, the notorious king of spoilers aka Hulk actor Mark Ruffalo, Black Widow actress Scarlett Johansson, director Anthony Russo and Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige. It was during the interaction that Renner spilled the beans, or so we believe.
The team made things clear that they would not reveal anything about Avengers: Endgame. EW then decided to give them a chance to make-up an “outrageous lie about your characters.” To which Renner said, “The only thing I can guarantee about Endgame is that it’s going to begin and then…it’s going to end. At some point” before Feige stopped him and said, “No, no, no. Don’t even say that!” “Or it’s all continuous. [Laughter] It just keeps running!” Renner said, to save the situation.

Meanwhile, Scarlett confessed that these press tours give her tough nights. “I’m gonna have PTSD from this [press tour.] I mean, honestly, it is so stressful. At the end of every day, I lie awake at night and I think about all the things I almost said. It gives me panic,” she admitted. While Ruffalo teased, “Oh, you think you feel that way?”
It is no secret that Ruffalo has had his share of spills. Who can forget his live-streaming of Thor: Ragnarok? The actor accidentally live-streamed the first 10 minutes on Instagram. We are hoping he shares more spoilers in the days to come.
EW also shared the cover pictures featuring core Avengers. Take a look below:
