Ever since the breakup of the IT couple Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, speculations were rife that RK 's best buddy Ayan Mukerji has taken his side and left Kat on her own. That's strange because when Kapoor boy and Ms Kaif were very much in love, Ayan and Katrina had bonded big time. However contrary to speculations, his fondness for Bang Bang actress still continues even after his buddy and she decided to part ways. The latest buzz doing the rounds in the industry is that Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani director has recommended the Fitoor actress to Karan Johar for one of his upcoming films directed by Tarun Manshukhani
As per reports in a leading tabloid, “Ayan became good friends with Katrina after she and Ranbir started dating. The trio would often be spotted partying or simply catching up at each other's houses. However, after rumours of their break-up started doing the rounds, Ayan and Ranbir were seen hanging out together minus Katrina. Now, Ayan has recommended Katrina's name to his good friend KJo for his next project."
The tabloid also reported that Mukerji was overheard discussing their relationship in a party and recently when he got to know about Karan’s requirement, he suggested Kat’s name. Also the Dhoom 3 actress has had her meeting with KJo for the same. However as per the latest buzz, the lady lost the role to Jacqueline Fernandez for the film despite Ayan's efforts. All we can appreciate is Ayan's support and friendship towards Katrina despite all that has happened.
