Salman Khan's Tiger Zinda Hai is currently the most-talked-about film. Right from the trailer to the first song, Swag se swagat, Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif's espionage thriller has raised the bar. In the promo, we have already witnessed the lead antagonist - Sajjad Delfrooz, who plays the leader of a fictional terrorist organisation in the film, who kidnapped 25 nurses to spread terror. The menacing act and crisp dialogue delivery of Sajjad grabbed our attention instantly. Interestingly, the actor has played a small cameo in Akshay Kumar's 2015 thriller Baby, where he portrayed a Saudi doctor.
The next baddie is one of the biggest south-Indian actors. Yes, he is Sudeep, who is known for films like Eega (Makkhi) and Baahubali: The Beginning. In fact, he has even acted in Bollywood films like Phoonk and Rakhta Charitra - both were helmed by Ram Gopal Varma. Sudeep will essay the character of an ISI agent based in Pakistan, from the same organisation that Katrina Kaif had worked for in the film's prequel (Ek Tha Tiger). By looking at his previous performances, we are sure that Sudeep will give a tough fight to Salman on the big screen. The actor has reportedly charged Rs 6 crore to sign this mega-budget movie.
By looking at these two baddies, we are sure to witness some hand-to-hand combat scenes and mind-blowing chase sequences in this commercial masala entertainer. The film, which is mounted on a budget of Rs 140 crore, excluding Salman Khan's fee, is helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar and also stars Girish Karnad, Kumud Mishra and Angad Bedi in pivotal roles. The film is all set to screens on December 22 to make the Christmas weekend grander.
