The show has been produced by actor Nakuul Mehta, who has also ideated it along with his buddies Alekh Sangal and Ram Menon.
The upcoming web series, I Don’t Watch TV made the headlines in February this year. Its first trailer was an interesting one with actor
Nakuul Mehta introducing the audience to the drawbacks of being a television actor. Now, just a day to go for the first episode to be aired online, two of the cast, Drashti Dhami and Sanaya Irani have released another message through a video.
The two actresses have urged their fans to watch their upcoming show and support it through all the social media platforms possible. As Sanaya and Dhrashti happen to be best friends off-screen, they have added their little real-life nok-jhok to make the video more candid. And this is another trailer to what the show is really going to be like. An eye-opener to the behind-the-scenes world of television actors, this show will be a spoof on what happens in reality when a typical saas-bahu show is being shot or when an actor is being cast or so on.
The show was ideated by actor Nakuul Mehta who has himself produced it through Timbuktu Films. It has been directed by Ajay Singh. Actors Nakuul Mehta, Alekh Sangal and Ram Menon promise to show the reality and misery of a television actor with the help of the superstars of television like
Kritika Kamra, Karan Patel, Drashti Dhami, Sanaya Irani, Rithvik Dhanjani, Karan Wahi, Rajeev Masand and many more.
We are sure that television fans won’t turn down their favourite celebrities’ requests to watch this unique show. So, wait until tomorrow and watch the first episode of this promising show on Youtube on April 16, 2016.
